A pending status simply means we’re not yet able to display a value for your pension. There’s nothing you need to do. We’re either waiting for information or completing a process in the background.
As soon as the details we need become available, your pension value will update automatically on your dashboard. You can check back at a later date to see the updated information.

These flags are there to help you understand when a value might change or when extra checks are needed before you rely on it.
A flagged value should not be used to make decisions about retiring, transferring, or taking money from your pension.
